Who Can Participate?

All students from Kindergarten (KG) to 12th Standard are eligible to participate in both the National Level and Online Drawing Competitions.

Only schools can officially register and send entries for the National Level competition. Online entries may be submitted individually but must still mention a valid school name.

  • KG to 12th Standard Students
  • Open to all types of schools (CBSE, ICSE, Matric, State Board, etc.)
  • Must be registered through school or online portal

Instructions for Participating Schools

Step-by-step guide to successfully conduct the drawing competition in your school

  • Participation is only through schools. Students from Kindergarten to Grade 12 can be registered under their respective school.
  • Each school must register online using the official registration form. Once registered, a confirmation email and participation ID will be sent.
  • The drawing competition will be conducted within your school campus under the supervision of your school's art teacher. You may choose a suitable date before the deadline.
  • Official A3 size chart paper will be couriered to the school for all registered participants by The ART Foundation.
  • Students must draw/paint/sketch based on their assigned level and SDG-based theme (refer to Drawing Theme & Levels section).
  • Drawings must be made on A3 or A4 white sheets using crayons, pencils, watercolor, or poster colors.
  • Kindergarten Students will receive printed chart papers allowing them to color using crayons.
  • Ensure each drawing includes: Name, Grade, Level, School Name & City written clearly on the back.
  • Schools must package and courier all completed entries to The ART Foundation address before the deadline.
  • Submission deadline will be mentioned in the confirmation email.
  • After submission, schools will receive: National level participation certificates, National Best Certificates and Medals, Appreciation certificates for the art teacher, Coordinator and Principal will be dispatched with a week after the receipt of chart papers.

Step 1

Register your school online via our official registration form.

Step 2

Get confirmation and a customized poster for promoting the event in your school.

Step 3

Upload the list of participating students with required details.

Step 4

We will dispatch A3-size official chart papers to your school address.

Step 5

Make payment based on the final number of participating students.

Step 6

Conduct the competition at your school under your Art Teacher’s supervision.

Step 7

Pack and courier all completed drawings to The ART Foundation before the deadline.

Step 8

Receive digital certificates, awards, and medals for winners and participants.

National Winner announcement on January 26, 2026.
