The public status checker uses a random Status Access ID and returns only limited competition progress. Keep this ID private because anyone holding it can view that limited status.
Commitment 4
To prevent automated abuse, the status checker temporarily processes a pseudonymous network identifier for request-rate limiting; the raw network address is not stored in the status lookup records.
