What Happens After Registering

What Happens After Registering

Follow these steps to understand the process after you register for The ART Foundation's competition.

  • Step 1

    You will receive a callback and an email from our team for confirmation.

  • Step 2

    You will receive marketing/promotion materials, which can be used for advertising on your school noticeboard and for distribution to students and parents.

  • Step 3

    Your school must provide the name list of the registered students.

  • Step 4

    The ART Foundation will send drawing charts for all participants.

  • Step 5

    After the competition, your school should send the completed charts back to The ART Foundation.

  • Step 6

    Upon receiving the charts, The ART Foundation will dispatch participation certificates for all participants.

  • Step 7

    Certificates for the best drawings from each school, medals, national-level selections, and national prizes will be announced on or before January 26, 2025.
